Return Process

  Log into your customer portal and select the specific order and items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Guzzi Archive packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship to Archive

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
